Know Before You Go

A quick list of things to be aware of for a successful show.

We are very excited you will be joining us for the 2020 Gulf Coast Flooring Market at the MS Coast Convention Center on February 13-14, 2020. In preparation for market, please make sure you are aware of the following items:

  • The market will be taking place in exhibit hall: E4 at the MS Coast Convention Center.
  • Venue Address:
    • MS Coast Convention Center | 2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS, 39531
  • Badge bar-code confirmations will be sent to you the week of market. Bring a copy (either paper or mobile) of the confirmation with you in order to expedite your entry.
  • When you arrive to market, please visit the registration desk at the front to pick up your badge. You must be badged at all times, including move-in and market days.
  • Complimentary parking is available to all Flooring Market guests.
  • Click here to review your material handling options and freight delivery options.
  • The Service Desk will be located behind the Live Stage area in the back of the exhibit hall.
  • Happy Hour is February 25 from 4-6 pm. Complimentary appetizers and drinks for purchase will be available at the networking bar as well as a cash bar located near Booth #407. If you would like to entertain customers during happy hour, drink tickets may be purchased at registration for $10 each.
  • Booth Inclusions: Your booth is sold as raw space only. Furniture, including tables & chairs, and temporary floor covering, such as carpet, is not included in your booth fees. We recommend bringing your own items or ordering these in advance through our General Contractor, Shepard Exhibition Services.

    • Wednesday, February 12, 2020
      8:00am – 8:00pm (Booths 400 sq. ft. and under)

    • Friday, February 26 | 9:00am-3:00pm
  • Exhibitors may enter the market floor one hour before doors open.
  • Move Out Hours:
    • Friday, February 26, 2021 | 3:00pm – 7:00pm
    • Absolutely no early move-outs allowed.
