Exhibitor Know Before You Go

A quick list to help you prepare for market.

We are very excited you will be joining us for the 2025 Gulf Coast Flooring Market at the MS Coast Convention Center on February 12-13. In preparation for market, please make sure you are aware of the following items:

  • Registration

    • You will receive a QR Code email the week of market. Bring this email (mobile or print) with you to scan at registration and obtain your badge.
    • All exhibitors need to come to registration outside of Hall D when you arrive. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors and set-up staff will need to obtain a wristband at registration. Only exhibiting staff that will be present on market days will need to be registered for a badge.

  • Additional Information

    • The Market Café is located near Booth 318. Concession stands will be open for lunch on both market days.

Logistics

  • Booth Inclusions: Your booth is sold as raw space only. Furniture, including tables & chairs, drape, and temporary floor covering, such as carpet, is not included in your booth fees. We recommend bringing your own items or ordering these in advance through our General Contractor, RPM Xpo.
  • Move-in hours:

    • Monday, February 10, 2025
      Booths 600+ sqft. Install & Drop-off
      1:00pm – 6:00pm

      Tuesday, February 11, 2025
      8:00am – 6:00pm

    • *IMPORTANT: NO PALLET JACKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE DOCK OR THE MARKET FLOOR DURING MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT.
  • Show Hours:
    • Wednesday, February 12 | 9:00pm – 5:00pm
    • Thursday, February 13 | 9:00pm – 2:00pm
  • Move Out Hours:
    • Thursday, February 13 | 2:00pm – 7:00pm
    • Absolutely no early move-outs allowed.
  • The Service Desk will be located in the back of the hall for your ordering needs from either building services or our General Service Contractor, RPM.
