Partnerships During the COVID-19 Outbreak

Mohawk and Fabric Sources International (FSI) have partnered to donate supplies for healthcare workers.

During the COVID-19 outbreak Mohawk and FSI have combined resources to Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA and Emory Healthcare in Atlanta with needed medical supplies, including medical gowns.

“Amazing things can happen when the community and local businesses come together to solve real-world community challenges,” Chris Simuro, president of FSI, said. “I could not be prouder of the team here at Fabric Sources International for its efforts to step up and help find ways to supply the medical personal protective equipment (PPE) our community hospitals need as they battle every day to care for our community.

Approximately 1,000 gowns have already been donated to Hamilton Medical Center and the teams are beginning to produce face shields as well as face masks.
