Space Information

From a fully customized exhibit to a turnkey solution, the Southeast Flooring Market offers several options to meet your needs.

Our focus is on organizing a first-class event that won’t break the bank! Our rates are half of the other flooring shows across the U.S. because we want exhibitors to realize a high return on their investment. The best part about exhibiting at the Cobb Galleria Centre is you can move in your own goods! A general service contractor will be available in case you want to hire labor to help unload/load or if your products require the use of a forklift but otherwise, you are free to set up your own booth and bring in your own products.

Space Rates*

In order to keep exhibitors’ ROI as high as possible, we offer the most competitive rates in the industry.

Each booth at the Southeast Flooring Market is sold as raw space. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own equipment and displays. You can also order your booth equipment through our general service contractor. Carpet or flooring is not required, but it is encouraged for the comfort of your staff and visitors to your booth since the trade show floor is concrete.

Drape Packages

$1.99 per linear foot: for linear booths that are 10′ deep, two 33″ high side walls and one 8′ back wall will be draped in white. For booths larger than 10′ in depth, side walls and back walls will be 8′ high with white drape.

Payment Schedule

Once your space has been confirmed through the contracting process, an invoice will be sent from Market Maker Events. Full payment is due within 14 days to secure booth space. If the payment is not received within 14 days, your space is subject to be placed back into open inventory.
