SPACE RATES – ALL SPACE SOLD AS RAW SPACE
In order to keep exhibitors’ ROI as high as possible, we offer the most competitive rates in the industry.
Each booth at the Southwest Flooring Market is sold as raw space. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own equipment and displays. You can also order your booth equipment through our general service contractor, Shepard (see exhibitor kit).
$1.99 per linear foot: for linear booths that are 10′ deep, two 33″ high side walls and one 8′ back wall will be draped in white. For booths larger than 10′ in depth, side walls and back walls will be 8′ high with white drape.
Carpet or flooring does not come with your booth space and is not required, but it is encouraged for the comfort of your staff and visitors to your booth since the market floor is concrete.
Once your space has been confirmed through the contracting process, a 50% deposit will be due with the contract to secure the space. Final payments will be due on August 3, 2020. After August 3, 2020, all booths must be paid in full at the time of contracting.
