We are committed to delivering a high-quality event that aligns with your budget. Our exhibit rates are lower than other flooring shows nationwide, ensuring exhibitors achieve a strong return on investment.
Hotel Room Requirements
We are in the process of finalizing our new contract with Loews Arlington. Details regarding room requirements will be shared with exhibitors as soon as the agreement is complete.
SPACE RATES – ALL SPACES SOLD AS RAW SPACE
To maximize exhibitors’ ROI, we offer some of the most competitive rates in the industry.
All booths at the Southwest Flooring Market are sold as raw space, allowing exhibitors the flexibility to bring their own equipment and displays. For added convenience, booth equipment and services can be ordered through our general service contractor, Grit Productions (details available in the exhibitor kit).
Drape Packages
$1.99 per linear foot: for linear booths that are 10′ deep, two 33″ high side walls and one 8′ back wall will be draped in white. For booths larger than 10′ in depth, side walls and back walls will be 8′ high with white drape.
Carpet or flooring does not come with your booth space and is not required, but it is encouraged for the comfort of your staff and visitors to your booth since the market floor is concrete.
Payment Schedule
Once your space has been confirmed through the contracting process, an invoice will be sent from Market Maker Events/Flooring Markets. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booth space. Final payments are due on August 1, 2025.
