Registration & Badges

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: To facilitate a safe environment and to manage traffic flow and physical distancing, attendees and exhibitors are required to pre-register for the 2021 Southwest Flooring Market. All attendees and exhibitors are required to agree to the Flooring Markets Attendance agreement & Code of Conduct Policy. Upon entry to market each day, all exhibitors and booth staff will be required to complete a mobile health screening through the HealthShield Bot (this is a simple link on your phone with health screening questions).

BADGE LIMIT: Due to new standards for safe, physical distancing, exhibitors will be limited on the number of staff badges based on their space size.  For every 100 sq. ft. in an exhibit space, 2 exhibitors will be allowed. If you have booth set-up personnel who are not attending market days, do not include them on your pre-registration. Booth set-up personnel will be issued special wristbands to access the building on set-up day(s).  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sammie Baker at sammie@marketmakerevents.com.

VIP List
Exhibitors are encouraged to submit a list of their top 100 buyers to receive priority treatment and a personal invitation to market. Exhibitors who participate in the VIP program and submit a minimum of 100 buyers will receive $100 in drink tickets, a bolded listing in the market directory, and 1 complimentary social media post of the content of their choice. To order Lead Retrieval, go online to prereg.net/connect to place your order or fill out this Lead Retrieval Order Form and email or mail back to the Eleventh & Gather office. Move-In & Delivery on Market Days

Know Before You Move-In

Exhibitors once you are badged and are looking to bring in any additional booth materials, boxes, or bags on Market Days, you will have express access though the K1/2 door.  Packages, boxes nor bags are allowed to enter through the Registration Area located inside the K Main Entrance Door.  Look for the sign noting EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE ONLY (just to the right of the K ENTRY doors) for expedited entry if you are bringing in materials on Market Days.  REMEMBER: you must have your badge on at all times.

 

Branded Truck Parking

Branded Trucks will be parked in Lot 10. When you arrive to market, you will need to check in with the service center once you are ready to park and Shepard will show you where to stage your truck. Reserve your spot by filling out the form below.

Please order your electrical as soon as possible and remember to include the location grid noted where you would like the power drop(s). Please place your orders by March 18, 2021.
