  • Advance shipping deadline for all freight to be received at the Grit Expositions warehouse.

  • Advance payment deadline for electrical service through Encore
  • Catering Orders due to Loews Arlington

  • Grit Exposition’s advanced warehouse will be closed for the holidays. Please make plans for your shipments to arrive before or after these dates.

  • Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at Grit warehouse without surcharges.

Tuesday, January 6 & Wednesday, January 7

  • Direct Shipments: Although we require all palleted shipments to be sent to the advance warehouse, if you’re planning to send smaller shipments direct to the venue, those can arrive at Arlington Convention Center (shipments that arrives prior to January 6 will be returned to sender). Surcharges occur on direct shipments.  Please see Grit Expo kit for more information.

Registration & Lead Retrieval

VIP List
Exhibitors are encouraged to submit a list of their top 100 buyers to receive priority treatment and a personal invitation to market. Exhibitors who participate in the VIP program and submit a minimum of 100 buyers will receive $100 in drink tickets, a bolded listing in the market directory, and 1 complimentary social media post of the content of their choice. Lead Retrieval

All booths are sold as raw space only with a contracted OPTION for you to add a drape package when you are booking your booth space.

Furniture, including table & chairs, nor temporary flooring, including carpet, is included in your booth fees.

Move-In Overview

 
The new convention center offers three access points to the exhibit hall:  
1. Advanced Shipping
Due to other events happening in the hotel, only one loading dock will be available during move-in. Therefore, all freight must be shipped in advance to Grit Productions for a more efficient and cost-effective move-in process.
 
  • Shipping Dates: Freight can be sent to the Grit Warehouse between now and December 20. The warehouse will be closed from December 22 to January 5, but it will accept final advanced freight on January 2, 2026.
  • Warehouse Hours: Open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the designated dates.
  • Important: All items must be palletized. Non-palletized items will incur special handling charges.
 
2. Lobby Access
If you’re arriving with only a few suitcases or rolling cases, you may enter through the main hotel entrance. The elevator to the hall is just inside the lobby. Please note: Carts or dollies are not allowed in the lobby, and valet staff will enforce this rule.
 
3. Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Access
Exhibitors bringing materials in their own vehicles and not requiring a forklift or pallet jack may park on the exhibit hall floor for up to one hour to unload by hand or with a small cart. Space is limited to four vehicles at a time, so please unload within the hour. Vehicle height cannot exceed 8′ high and trailers are not allowed (due to the ramp entrance).  Exceeding the one-hour limit will require assistance from Grit, with a $75 cart fee per cart, per trip. We recommend using suitcases or rolling cases to transport exhibit materials directly to your space.
 

 

 

Direct Shipping

Direct Shipping: All palleted shipments must be sent to the Advanced Warehouse.  There is limited dock space at the Arlington Convention Center so direct shipments are very limited.  If you need to send smaller shipments directly to the facility, they must arrive between Tuesday, January 6 and Wednesday, January 7.  ALL SHIPMENTS THAT ARRIVE TO THE ARLINGTON CONVENTION CENTER BEFORE JANUARY 6 WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.
